These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the SpringTX.store website, owned and operated by RC Pressure Washing TX LLC. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Rudolph’s Christmas Tree Delivery Service – powered by RC Pressure Washing TX & SpringTX.store

We’re excited to bring Christmas cheer to your home by delivering your tree with Santa himself. To keep everything merry, bright, and smooth for everyone, please take a moment to read these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to the details below.

1. Payment & Scheduling

Deliveries are scheduled only after payment is made in full. Delivery depends on the availability of Christmas trees, so booking early is highly encouraged.

Once your tree is confirmed, we will contact you with your delivery window. Santa works on holiday magic, not exact clocks, so please allow for a delivery window instead of a precise time.

2. Delivery Details

Santa and his helpers will deliver to the home address provided at checkout. Unless you’ve purchased a package with setup, trees will be placed safely at the front of your home. We will move it as close to the door as possible on the front porch. For setup or decorating add-ons, Santa will help indoors with placement and ornaments for the time included in your package.

3. Tree Pickup (If Included in Your Package)

Tree pickup takes place on scheduled dates in January. To ensure smooth pickup, trees must be placed outside the home on the scheduled pickup day.

Pickup does not include taking down lights, ornaments, or cleaning up pine needles.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final once delivery has been scheduled. If trees become unavailable due to supply issues, you will be offered either a refund or an alternate option. If you need to cancel before delivery, please contact us. Refunds beyond deposits are considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Safety & Conduct

Customers are responsible for ensuring a clear and safe path for Santa and his helpers. Pets and obstacles should be secured or removed for everyone’s safety. Our elves speak in their own magical language and will not interact directly with children. RC Pressure Washing TX and Rudolph’s Delivery Service are not responsible for damages related to tree placement, ornaments, or existing home conditions.

6. Photos and Media

We may take photos or short videos during delivery to capture the joy of the season. These may be used for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before your delivery that you prefer a private experience.

7. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on SpringTX.store and will apply to all current and future orders. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed.
